Overall between Brandon and Dave there does not seem to be much you have not had experience with from residential to commercial. Dave is fantastic. He shows up when he says and his work is great quality. For what it's worth, I've dealt with exceptionally patronising trades who explain things to me as if I don't even know what a hammer is, or have ignored me outright and refer exclusively to my husband despite the fact that I am the one booking them and communicating the job, or have asked me if I have "asked my husband about xyz". But MMI is totally different. Dave explains when necessary, without ever being patronising, and respects that I know the basics of what's needed. They are even willing to do smaller jobs, which is hard to find! I cannot recommend Dave and MMI enough.

I had the pleasure of dealing with MMI Electrical recently to wire in electrical for a garbage disposal. I was referred to Dave and spoke with him over the phone and was extremely happy with the information he provided, the level of detail, and the professionalism. The technician who came out, Max, was very pleasant to deal with and did a great job. He was thorough, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. He also did a full inspection of our electrical system within our house (included with the price), and went through it with me point by point. Dave was recommended by an abatement company and we had him and Max walk us through what might be required pre-asbestos removal. They did a full safety inspection and helped us parcel out the work we'd need done before and after. With care and attention they disabled fixtures that were coming down due to abatement - and we have already scheduled additional work (panel upgrade, socket/switch relocation, light fitting installation) as a result of their professionalism, and patience. Dave also has a solid network of other trades who we will be leaning on.

***Give him your business, you won't regret it*** There are not enough positive words to describe Dave and the quality he provides. I received several quotes for a panel upgrade, and MMi provided the most realistic, budget-friendly quote out of all of them. And not only did he keep the quote straight-forward and simple, he didn't sugarcoat anything around the process or cost. Dave will be my go-to electrician in the future, b/c I trust him and the quality of work he provides.
