Kite Electric gave me a quote for the service I needed and didn't try to charge extra upon completion of the service (as some try to do). Jason showed up on time and did a great job. Didn't rush through the install, in fact we had a nice conversation while he was completing the job.

I would highly recommend the Kite team to any person looking for an electrician or solar installation. They also have a number of women working for them, which was a huge bonus to my wife when they had some trade ladies do a circuit install!!!!!

From first contact with Jason to getting the quote with Saskia I was impressed. Andrea and Kirsten were amazing. The entire team was friendly, personable and hard working. They were in and out in no time. Answered all questions and responded to changes and indecision very professionally. All my electrical needs were met. The only problem is for me to get used to the switches changing after 23 years. I will definitely use them again, and definitely recommend them to others for their services.

I built a house that came with 6 Solar panels, and after I moved in I added another 6 panels and used the same company "A" to add the 6 for a total of 12. After living in my house I wanted to add to my existing 12 solar panel system and called company "A" to see how many more I could add. After no response and after many phone calls and emails I gave up and decided to go with company "B" that a friend used and recommended. Company "B" came out and gave me the spiel and recognized some deficiencies in company's "A" work and said they would fix it and I'd have no issues with the new 9 solar panels they were installing and the original 12 talking to each other and working. Now I have 21 solar panels installed. Well, that didn't happen and after figuring out they couldn't make the two systems talk to each other, they decided they wanted more money to fix the issues along with the deficiencies. At this point I was pretty ticked off and had a very sour taste in my mouth about solar. Didn't trust either company and sure didn't want them to do anything else to my house. Lots of red flags that were thrown at me that for whatever reason I didn't react and I have no one to blame but myself. In the mean time I had Kite Electric and Jason (owner) come out for another project and I had asked him to take a look at my solar situation. Jason had pointed out some things from both company "A" and "B". Jason took the time to explain to me in plain english the issues that he saw. He never once threw either company under the bus and was very professional with his approach and what he saw and did a very good job explaining things to me. Never once did I feel I was being sold on something that I didn't need. Jason did a good job listening to my concerns, needs, and wants on my particular situation. I hired Kite Electric to fix my solar issues that were at hand and they weren't small issues they were major issues that would have caused me problems down the road. Andrea, Joey, and Paul with Kite Electric came out and fixed my problems and also installed a DCC-12 for my EV charger. The crew was very professional, on time, great with communication, took the time to walk me through questions I had as things came up. It felt like they treated my new house like it was their own. I highly recommend Kite Electric and would put my name beside a referral. I trust them, they were very upfront with everything with no surprises, did an awesome job fixing my headaches, and gave me a new appreciation for solar and my electrical needs. Communication was very good and they accommodated, and worked with me on my work schedule. Very professional. Thank you Jason, Andrea, Joey, and Paul.
