JRM responded quickly to my Request for Proposals to replace lighting in my church's parking lot, and gave us a fair price to do the work. When the job was awarded to them, they completed the work quickly. Subsequently, I asked John if he would consider doing a small 'residential' job for me. Again his follow-up was great! The electricians who did both jobs were knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and personable. I would give them a '6', if that were possible.

He installed a new sub panel so we could allow for the extra outlets we needed in our house, was incredibly efficient, affordable, friendly and above all, great customer service.
