I can't say enough good things about Rob and his crew. I had a couple smaller projects that I needed done. After talking to 3 places, I realized that because of the size of the jobs they were not interested in doing them. I was ready to give up but tried one more time. I called DLR Electric. Rob was courteous and pleasant on the phone, assured me that there was no job too small or too large for them to do. An appt was set for the next day. Rob and his assistant arrived on time. While at my house, they both were friendly, polite and efficient. I have had other service people in my home whom I couldn't wait for them to finish and leave but that was not the case this time. They respected me, my home and did an excellent job. An embarrassing situation arose about 2 wks later when I believed that the plug in that they had installed was not working. I called Rob just before closing, intending to set up an appt for next day but Rob said he would come out right away. In little less than a half an hr. he was at my house and had the issue resolved. The plug in was working fine but I had not been pushing the reset hard enough to engage it. I cannot state strongly enough what great service I received. DLR's business card is firmly attached to my service bulletin board and they are the only electrical service I will use in the future. THANKS ROB!

Rob and Tyler came out on a freezing day to install a fixture on a 18' ceiling. They quickly figured out how to get up there and had it installed in under an hour. Came out the day I called. Prompt, friendly, and courteous. Would certaily use DLR again and recommend to others.

I’ve called upon DLR Electric on several occasions over the past few years. I needed them for a couple of hard wired smoke alarm issues, a kitchen outlet requiring service and when I needed a dedicated 20A circuit for our microwave wired into the pantry. On every occasion Rob was friendly, prompt, thorough and professional. On one call-out Rob arrived and looked after my needs at no charge....Wow. I'm not sure how their work is, but they sure as hell don't know how to drive in a company vehicle. My boyfriend and I got cut off TWICE by a black DLR Electric truck pulling a boat today. Charged me $235.00 for 20 mins work and a $32 dollar part. They justify this by saying they are coming to me (well I couldn't move my house to them) and they are paying two guys. When I was there one guy was telling the guy to go get his tool belt and light while he stood there waiting for the guy. I work for the health region and I am well connected and will make sure others know how they do business.

He was friendly, efficient, and quick. He even helped me change a light bulb in the stairwell that my husband and I couldn't get to, once he was done his other work. What a bonus! We had new siding installed on our house and the power meter didnt fit back on. Sask Power said they could have our power service disconnected unless we get it resolved right away. We needed a mast and a panel upgrade. I phoned DLR Electric and spoke to Rob. I sent pictures and he gave me a price for the job to install a mast and a 100 amp service panel. He was there at 8am the next day. Everything was completed and power on by the end of the day. Rob and his staff did a great job. Excellent work. Super service. Looks good. Im extremely happy. I would recommend DLR Electric to anyone needing to get electrical work done.
