I made a service call for an electrical problem to be repaired and I am not satisfied with the service obtained for the following reasons: - Difficult to contact the company (several attempts by phone and email) - Once the diagnosis was made by the electrician, he told me that my transformer was burnt and that I have to buy it and change it myself. The reason why I call a specialist is to carry out repairs in a professional and safe manner and not to have a diagnosis and a suggestion. - I was still charged 1 hour (~ $ 90) for 10 minutes of work and a simple diagnosis. - They sent me an invoice which did not have the correct amount (taxes were missing from their invoice) and I had to make two payments. J'ai fait un appel de service pour un problème électrique à réparer et je ne suis pas satisfait du service obtenu pour les raisons suivantes : - Difficile de prendre contact avec la compagnie ( plusieurs tentatives par téléphone et par courriel ) - Une fois le diagnostique effectué par l'électricien, il m'a dit que mon transformateur était brûlé et que je dois l'acheter et le changer moi même. La raison pourquoi j'appelle un spécialiste c'est pour effectuer des réparations de façon professionnel et sécuritaire et non avoir un diagnostique et une suggestion. - J'ai tout de même été chargé 1h ( ~90$) pour 10 minute de travail et un simple diagnostique. - Ils m'ont envoyé une facture qui n'avait pas le bon montant ( il manquait les taxes à leur facture) et j'ai dû faire deux paiement.

Lelectricien sest meme pas.pointer! et quand jappelle au bureau, il me dit.cest pas son.probleme et me.donne.no du electricien et me.dit darranger avec lui! Jappelle lelectricien, je.lui ai dit que jai pris.off lapres midi pour notre.rv, il me repond quil mavais appeler tantot pour me dire quil ne pouvait pas venir pcq il est en.retard. Je lui repond.que.je nai recu aucun appel de leur part et ca se choke pas de meme a derniere minute! il me dit que cest tres nornale quil annule comme ca et peut etre le bureau lui a donner le mauvais no. Donc cest des choses qui arrivent et cest normale. donc cest le.client qui.assume la.consequence. et il me dit quil ne peut pas me.parler plus et pas arrangement a faire. Aucune Excuse! et quand.je rappelle au bureau, 3fois, personne me.repond et aucun retour dappel! Donc, jai perdu un pm de salaire.et avoir.toute.une.frustration. Aucune professionalisme et responsabilite!
