The first thing you should do when you talk to Steve, describe the problem. I ran one of his two tests, replaced a single cable (cost about $40) - after spending about 30 hours and I don't want to say how much money chasing my tail - I learned if I had just told him the problem on day one, he would have figured it out. If you have an electrical issue - auto, boat, atv, rv - just talking to Steve will save you time and money.
