I called Mr. Plumber to install a toilet. The person who came was rude. He installed the wrong sized toilet for our space, so that the tank cannot be taken off the top to fix it. Mr. Plumber did nothing to come back and rectify the situation. I will never use Mr. Plumber again. Incompetent poor service. I would like to tell everyone not to ever use Mr. Plumber as you get rude bad incompetent service.

They take over a week to come out leaving you with no heat. And after 3 visits over the course of 2 weeks I still have no heat. They either installed a faulty part or installed it wrong either way the next 2 visits should have been free. They billed us for the faulty part and for a new part that did not work and labour on both visits. The 3rd visit they came and put the faulty part back in from the first visit and it failed 2 days later leaving us with no heat. When I called back they didn't care it was Friday and they would get in touch with us Monday. They never did. I can not recommend this company because after 2 weeks and 500 dollars my house is still cold and they don't care.

Called because of a problem with the kitchen sink. There was no wait time they were here in about a half hour of calling, the staff where very friendly and cleaned up the work area when done. Will definitely use them again.

Furnace quit when it was minus 39. They came and found the problem, they were here for 15 mins and charged for a full hour, then looked at the bill and they charged for use of tools. Which was an impact to take 4 small bolts out, that charge was 60 dollars (so 15 dollars a bolt). Then they would not order the new part till they received full payment of the service they haven't even completed yet. And now waiting on them and expecting another 100 and some $ bill to do another 10 mins of work. My suggestion is to go with someone else if your able to

First experience with this business. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to assisting me in getting a few small parts to fix my faucet. Would definitely give them a call if I was needing more work done in the future.

Really bad plumber showed up for an unrelated call. Decided to replace the pipes under the sink just because the sink was clogged. Did not even provide a ball park estimate for the work. Started cutting the pipes and replaced everything. Slapped with a huge bill for something I could of fixed myself. Very bad service following up with the clerical staff.

Very prompt when scheduling a furnace maintenance in October. Replaced fan belt on furnace. A little more than a month later the furnace was making a loud banging noise - upon investigation the belt was loose and was slightly tightened, but was advised by the individual who looked at it - that the bearing worn. The worn bearing was not noted by Mr. plumber- so we could schedule another repair before winter set in, to replace the part needed. Contacted them to replace bearing but manager/owner won’t return our calls-no follow up- just left us high & dry. Mr Plumber is not the outfit you call for something as important as your furnace. The charge was hefty because one pays for mileage as well. So you expect them to do a reasonably good job!!
