I was impressed by the thoroughness of their work, including removal of all hardware and doors - full protection of every surface, final cleaning after the job was completed. Overall I was very happy with Tim, Dan and the communication between all involved in this business. I found Tim to be courteous and respectful and willing to change direction in my choices as well as giving me extra time to complete the bathroom to my desires last minute. This company had a long wait list but Krystal put me on the list and kept me in the loop. Today I was fortunate to call her back after she called with a cancellation and I got 4 jobs completed which had been bugging me for years! They fixed two wobbly fence posts (and didnt have to dig a hole & concrete in new posts); reattached another broken and heavy gate and also busted up concrete on a now useless path (which leads to the neighbor's driveway). I was busy at work but Krystal communicated with me throughout the day, clarifying exactly what I wanted done. I am so happy that these jobs are off my to-do list! Would recommend this company heartily. They did a great job with everything and did it quickly.
