Alex is a really stand-up guy. He is always there when you need him even on weekends and holidays. We own a restaurant and inevitably equipment goes down during the weekend which for us is a nightmare since this is our busy time. But more then once he has saved the day. I've nicknamed him "Superman". I highly recommend him.

I give ACB Electrical a five star. I had been informed by the fire department that I had 3 weeks to get my electrical wiring all up to date. As a recent widow and senior this was not going to be an easy task. I was so afraid that someone would take advantage of me, BUT! ACB Electric came to my rescue. Not only were they very sympathetic to my dilemma financially they were able to keep the costs down and try and be as efficient as possible. They were very knowledgeable in all that they did for both my two story garage and my five bedroom large home. They had to remove over 60 year old wiring, put in new plugs and put in new panels for both the garage and house. They were very patient with me while they explained it all and they also put in extra electrical plugs where i would like them to be. When they were done they explained the warranties and also cleaned up after themselves. My house passed with flying colors. Thank you so much for all your help, kindness and professionalism and peace of mind.

I had a problem with a lighting circuit in my Garage and workshop and after checking breakers, light bulbs and all other circuits I could not pin point the problem, so I called ACB who happened to be in the area and said they would be there in less than ten minutes, five stars for a speedy response. They arrived and spent about 30 minute checking switches, (not all!) as well as removing one of the light fixture to see if there was a loose wire. Despite their endeavors they could not isolate the problem. I suddenly saw that one of the light switches was stuck between on and off. I moved the switch and low and behold the lights came on. After putting the cover plate back on and reinstalling the light fixture, I was told that the minimum service cost would be $100.00, which I paid. I should have checked their rates when I called? I have several issues. 1) the problem was an easy fix, and one would think a licensed experienced electrician would first check all the switches. 2) when they put the cover plate back they must have dropped or lost on the screws, so they just left it out, I had an extra screw so i installed it myself! My rating is 5 for promptness, 1 for know how, and zero for customer service, as I was the one who spotted the problem and fixed their shoddy workmanship. The problem could and should have been resolved in less than a minute if these folks knew what they were doing. So I spent a $100.00 to let me know not to use these folks again. Maybe I should send them a bill for $99.00 to cover the cost of having to replace a cover plate screw!

Can’t say enough about ACB...they were efficient and personable; even came out on a Saturday! Their estimation of cost came in pretty much as expected. Would highly recommend them to anyone requiring quality electrical work.
