The team of guys and girls here always help me out bigtime. If they don’t have what i need it is usually in by the afternoon or next day. The staff are all very helpful and don’t shy away from researching stuff and giving you a call back. Even if they do not carry the part/ product you need they will strive to find it and let you know if they can possibly get it or not. Great bunch of well educated people.

The team of Men and Women working at the Parry Sound location are absolutely AMAZING. I have never had an entire group of people collectively try to help and make sure I walk out of the store happy and with all the answers I was looking for. HUGE shout out to Jeff and Greg, these two men do absolutely everything they can to make sure they give you the best option. They treat you like family and I couldn’t have asked for better service!
