Tom came to one of my property to give me estimate for required repairs . He gave me estimate $2486 for all the required repairs. After ESA inspection he told me that ESA didn't pass so we have to do more work but later I found out ESA passed the inspection same day and they didn't ask for any other repairs. But he still billed me o$987 over his original estimate . When I refused pay extra $987 thousand doller than he threatened me to send it to collections. I didn't want him to ruin my record so u paid him in full .He is scammer . I don't recommend him at all.

Absolutely horrible. Do not even consider using this company. Royal Homes sent them to our house to do work that we didn't authorize. When we called to inquire the man we spoke to with Thomas Electric said "go f**k yourself, I'll just send you to collections, I do it everyday." I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about this disgusting service.

I've only had to call Thomas Electric twice since I moved here, once for a new panel, another for a pretty simple fix. Both times they were more than prompt, work was well done, and their rates were more than reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Where to begin, failure to order the correct ESA inspection, provide me adequate advice, and communicate in a professional manner. I would not recommend this contractor. They cost me 100's of dollars and were difficult to work with. But the worst part was they failed to order an ESA inspection after I had sent the documentation from the fire inspector. It said directly on the order what was required and had a phone number right on it. I didn't pass on the due date from the outstanding inspection documentation and my project went way past is dead line. 0/5 stars
