Found Green Planet on Google and Homestars with good reviews and comments. Still was concerned what to expect. But I couldn't be more pleased. Mark agreed to come when he realized I had a problem that needed solving asap. He showed up right on time, was extremely pleasant and went to work right away. Got the job done in difficult circumstances and always with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

Unreliable! We booked them to come to our home to do some work a week in advance. They didn't show up or call. I would only get voice mail and tried texting with no response. BTW.. The phone number for the Durham number IS WRONG.. it says 534 and its 531. Simply put, it's highly unprofessional to not show up or call.

I had multiple items needing to be taken care of in my home, and when I emailed several vendors GPE was the first to respond and was by far the most responsive and detailed and accurate in the proposed cost breakdown. Mark was able to make recommendations on how to address some of the issues I had by considering cost, long-term value the pros and cons of different options to meet my needs. I've already booked him in for some subsequent work next month and would recommend him to others.

Very non professional guy and bad services.Mark was agreed with me about my job but he did work for few hours and took money from me and ran away plus he took Permit Fees and Inspection Fees and didn't pull a permit and left me in middle.So please guys be aware from this guy and his partner(Victor).they are doing fraud with people and getting money.

Mark replaced a broken dimmer switch and installed 2 outdoor sensor light fixtures. He was on time and professional. His pricing is very reasonable. He even returned free of charge to re-install a faulty light fixture. I definitely would recommend Mark and will be using him again in the future.

Reviews sounded promising so decided to give these guys a go. Right from first contact Mark was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He set a date and time and price to complete the work which suited my schedule and budget. He arrived right on time as scheduled, completed the work quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Thankfully I can finally say I have found a fully qualified electrician that I can call on when the situation arises( I live an older home so I am sure there will be more issues over time) that I can trust to do the work correctly and at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the work from this company and fully recommend Marks services.
