We experienced a great and professional service this morning from Zack. He was friendly with our curious toddler and gets bonus points for that. He helped us with some of our badly installed can lighting and gave us a quote for future work on some baseboard heaters. They have been quick to respond to emails and I was pleased to get a copy of the invoice and the estimate in my email the same day as our service call. Kudos.

They came out on Sunday and took care of a major electrical panel problem in one day. Of course they had to come back to finish a couple loose ends, but my power was restored, and I didn't have to stay in a hotel. They worked with me and took care of me like family. Great electrician! Our home had major electrical issues in the kitchen!!! Sam came out on the same day and fixed several issues that were going on. It is important to always have a license electrician come out and fix your electrical problem, small or big. I've worked with many electricians in the past and Richmond Hill is second to none! They were able to change 220v to 110v on several locations, to include finding some lines that were not working properly in the wall. They also completed this in a timely and professional manner. I will continue to use them for any future work and definitely recommend them! Above and beyond my expectations which are extremely high. Thanks again!

Out of all the electricians I contacted these guys were the most responsive and professional. The estimate was reasonable and they gave me several options for my small electrical install (floodlight and security camera) to help save me money.
