This is the second time I have dealt with Ali and he is still the helpful electrician as he was the first time. He is excellent at his field and knows what he is doing not like some techs that are more concern about money rather than a happy customer. Ali upgraded the panel with precision and kept the area tidy and clean. I would highly recommend Ali.

Ali was extremely kind and patient when it came to my installation. He was super responsive when we were trying to set up a time that worked for both of us which really makes a big difference when trying to find an electrician because most of the other ones I tried reaching out to were super unresponsive. When it came to the job itself, it actually turned out to be a little bit more complicated than what I had described, but nonetheless he was able to finish everything up and also made sure that the amount of "damage" done was a minimal as possible. I honestly would recommend him to anyone as he really does have the customer's best interests in mind!

Circuit Breaker Replacement I contacted Ali regarding the circuit breaker that controls my garage door. It had tripped and would not reset. I put through a quote request on Sunday and in less than 10 minutes Ali responded. He agreed to come the next day to check out my circuit box. He replaced my circuit breaker and also discovered I had two breakers that were not wired correctly. Ali took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how he could fix it, he also made those repairs right away. I have decided to have him come back next week to put in two new electrical sockets where there previously was not one. I am extremely please with the work Ali has done so far. His prices are reasonable and his work is stellar. Thank you Ali for a job well done.

Jeffrey in Toronto Rewiring Of Older Home - Direct Electric Ali was very professional in his approach to this job. He had to co-ordinate with other trades for this job, which he did in a very clear fashion. His work was first-class - neat and according to all codes. He was also pleasant to deal with, explaining things and making suggestions that were value-added for the project. Ali did not hit us up for every small change from the proposed plan. When it was a significant change he would advise if there was an extra cost and how much it was, and he stuck with that amount. At no time were there any budget surprises working with Ali. We would happily endorse him to anyone.

Had a great experience with Direct Electric. They responded to me within 30 minutes of my request. Ali was professional and took the time to explain all aspects of what he was doing and why. I thought my job may have been too small however his response was that he wanted to ensure all clients were happy regardless if it is a large or small job. Very old pot lights needed to be replaced in basement. When the tiles were removed, we discovered a previous owner had done his own electrical work and it was all a mess and not up to code. Ali corrected everything and charged nothing extra for the unexpected surprise behind the ceiling tiles. This is the only electrician we would ever consider hiring.

Complete Rewire Of Our Bungalow Ali was a pleasure to work with. He rewired our bungalow, removing the knob & tube and aluminum wiring bringing our 100 year-old home up to electrical code. We also had him install pot lights throughout the house. He did a great job of completing his work without doing excessive damage to the existing drywall. Going through our reno was very stressful but having a reliable a patient electrician made the process much easier. Assorted Small Electrical Jobs Handled With Care And Professionalism Ali from Direct Electric was very easy to deal with and to set up a date for the work. When he arrived, it turned out I did not purchase the right items needs for installation so we went together to Home Depot and he helped me buy what was needed.
