This review is for Dan. I had the opportunity to interact with him over the past weekend, where I experienced an issue of power outage at my home (with my main tripped as a result of my DIY installation of smart video doorbell and integrating with the doorbell chime inside the house). Despite COVID (and being a weekend), Dan called me promptly and was on the phone the entire time walking through how to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. His knowledge and experience was evident. I appreciate his patience, professionalism, courteousness and would call him for any electrical support I need in the future.

We had pot lights installed recently in our kitchen and laundry room and a few receptacles moved in family room to accommodate TV that we are installing above the fireplace. Dan is very professional, answers patiently all the questions and is always on time for the appointments. He is easy to talk to, he always answers the calls, sends detailed quote through e-mails and he sends reminder text messages for the appointment which I find very helpful. He also covers floors and furniture to protect from debris and cleans everything. He was very patient with our dog who is not friendly with people coming to the house. He is very knowledgeable about the products, gave us explanation for the security cameras which we will ask him to install for us. We highly recommend him for any electrical job. We will be working with him in the future.

Dan does excellent work and is a great problem solver when he comes across a difficult job. He is a pleasure to work with. He is very flexible, as I kept adding things I wanted done and he did them all in a timely manner without any complaints. Dan spent 3 days working for me installing new light fixtures, changing switches and installing outside outlets on my deck where it even required that he crawl under my deck! Not an easy task when you are as tall as he is. He also installed switches that can be controlled with remotes and voice commands. Dan is a very neat worker and put drop cloths and vacuumed any messes made. The lighting in our house looks awesome now. I would highly recommend him!
