After a wind storm our power line ripped free from the house after the bracket connecting it to the house snapped. My typical electrician was not available so I called novatech and they came right out and were able to restore power and put up new infrastructure to securely connect the power lines. They also worked with the power company to show them that their parts were to blame for the wire breaking, lowering my overall cost of the repair. I highly recommend them and will be using them from now on if needed.

In January we had our electrical panel replaced to accommodate an upgrade to our electrical service to install a heat pump. The Owner of the company came to our home and identified/all of the items which needed to be upgraded to meet code for the panel replacement. He was professional and took the time to explain everything. Our quote was thorough and reasonable. What was impressive was the work of the 4 workers who were at our home for the 2 days - they were friendly, professional, efficient and when the work was done they left the work area spotless. We had a issue with the work a couple of days later and within hours the Owner returned and made the repairs. We were very pleased with the electrical work they did to our home.
