There was some sort of mix-up with the first part that was ordered (a compressor- ended up being a slightly different model than was needed), so they lent us one of their vehicles to accommodate our transportation needs, while we awaited the new part. Truck would not start, called CAA and they told me the closest shop was Chad Kennedy's Autopro. I said sure. I called the shop and they told me they would look at it. Called me around 4:30 telling me that the shop could not look at it until morning. Called early next morning, stating it starter had to be replaced and the part was on the way. I have had my car a few times over the past year at Chad Kennedy Autopro and they do excellent work. They are friendly, and honest and fix your vehicle right the first time. I would definitely recommend them when you need your car fixed. They take pictures of what needs to be fixed and gives you a report of it. They even came out to help me brush off my car when I picked it up and UT was snowing hard that day. My only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I do find that they are a bit more expensive than other places.

My car had headlight problem, I took here and they asked me $1300 to fix it, and it was too much for headlight. I went to Canadian tire and bought a bulb cost me $15 and I replaced it, that's all. And this place thinks that we are foolish and will pay $1300 for a bulb. What the worst customer experience I had in my life. I am regularly going this auto shop more than a year and referred my friends, but not anymore.

Brought in my dying vehicle to try to save it, got it to pass MVI but then another light came on. The engine ended up being not worth saving, and they gave me a loaner vehicle for a week. I just moved to Canada and I got a flat tyre on my BMW, a work mate recommend this place to repair my flat. They were busy but did a quick repair with a turn around, I got my car back within a few hours and the notification was very professional. When I picked up the car I asked for a quote for rims and winter tyres, I got a price that afternoon for 3 different potential combinations and the quote was the most competitive that I have received so. Now I'm getting a set of aluminum rims and winter tyres from them for a good deal. I'd use them again and I'd recommend them to others.

I am always impressed with the pleasant reception by all service staff. I had my winter tires switched over to my all season tires. I also required a safety inspection performed. This work was completed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. The mechanical technician observed my all seasons are worn and I should consider replacing them soon. Did a pre purchase inspection of a vehicle i was contemplating buying from a local dealer. The communication with Chad was incredible and the thoroughness of the inspection was amazing. Not only was I provided a very user friendly digital itemized assessment of the state of the vehicle (with pics!) prioritized for urgency, but I received a phone call from the service manager who went over each item in detail and provided rough estimates of what the cost would be to rectify the problems. We have 5 vehicles in the family, and I very rarely buy new, so I'm no stranger to the PPI process. I've NEVER seen it done better! Kudos and 10/10!!

Highly NOT recommended for custom exhaust works! I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and how my exhaust finisher installed last Friday. Before they started to do the job, I asked them if they could do custom exhaust work for my car. This was to install dual chrome exhaust tip but would need modification in current curved tip to have it fitted. They accepted the job. I spent $140.00 for their 30-min. work with the following results: 1. Left side pipe adapter/connector installed is 1/2" longer than the other side. It should be symmectrically installed. 2. Edges of the installed extension pipes should be perpendicularly cut or in 90° angle. Those are also rough and sharp. It should have been sanded or grindered. Joints are not also fully welded. 3. Both installed exhaust tips are not perfectly aligned to the semi-circle slot in the rear bumper. On the same day, I emailed the owner that I am not satisfied with the result. I was just told that my expectation was too high for this work and better purchase the proper exhaust for my car.I asked them if they were willing to rectify the job and they told me they would but it's not for FREE.
