We have recently installed Tesla charger in our Garage. I called few companies. Most gave rough estimate on phone. Nick came over, checked our panel, made recommendation and gave us firm quote and explained work involved and complexity. Quote was not too far from other quotes. Work was done by Adrian who worked with lot of patience and did a good job. Stephanie at office did not process payment until ESA completed inspection. Bonus they fished in a network cable for me so I have a wireless access point in Garage and no issue over OTA updates. Very professional all the way .

Cota Facilities

We are a not-for-profit, operating numerous locations in the GTA. I called NextGen at 10:30 PM to restore power to one of our units in an old group home. They were prompt to respond, both to my initial request and to do the work onsite. They were professional, courteous and respected the COVID-19 safety precautions while onsite. The work report was complete and the invoice that followed a few day later, was more than reasonable. I'm very impressed.

The feed to my house was disconnected by Toronto Hydro due to the fact that it was sagging too low. Toronto Hydro took away the feed and asked me to call an electrician to reconnect the double bolt assembly back to my house, and to call them back when the work is done. I found NextGen by doing a quick google search and called them at around midnight and they picked up and scheduled the technician (Nick) to visit at 7:00 AM next day. Nick came right on time, worked quickly to fix the connection, had it ESA approved and contacted Toronto Hydro for power reconnection. My power was back before 1:30 PM. Extremely happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

This is the second time I've worked with NextGen Electric, and I have been very pleased with their services on both occasions. Nick and Elijah were prompt, courteous, and worked hard to install two new ceiling fans in our upstairs bedrooms. Upon discovering that one of the old electrical boxes was not properly anchored in the ceiling, Nick explained the situation, and then went into the attic to install a wooden bracket, so that the fan would be safe and secure. This is exactly the kind of outstanding service that I look for and appreciate. I highly recommend NextGen Electric!

Gen electrical sent Nick to my home to install soffit lighting. He showed up on time and explained every step. Installed 13 light and corrected a faulty wire he found while doing the hookup. We had an issue where this business would not come back to our home to revisit some work they had previously done at a reasonable fair. We needed something looked at because we couldn't figure out the repair on our own and they wanted to charge a standard service fee even though the issue was with work that they did. Just a heads up that they don't stand behind their work.

Had gotten a couple quotes for an EV charger install and decided to settle on NextGen Electrical. They were the most responsive and gave a fair estimate on what I wanted done. Nick showed up promptly and managed to install the outlet where I wanted and managed to get the cabling to the basement where the electrical panel is located in the tidiest way possible! A++ would highly recommend their services.

Nextgen was recommended to us by one of our nekghbors and I can say they were great to deal with...Adrian came over to do an estimate on all the work we wanted done and explained what had to be done as we were also upgrading our panel to a 200amp service as the original panel waas approximately 50 years old...to make a long sory short Nick was assigned to our job and you couldn't ask for a more professional individual...Nick kept me apprised on every step of the job...with all the work we were getting done, Nick spent 3 days here and it was a pleasure to have him around....once we decide on the hot tub we want, we will be requesting Nick's services again to hook it up for us...my wife and I are more than pleased with the work that was done and highly recommend Nextgen Electric.....Mike O'Malley

We need wire inspections to complete second unit registration. They missed the whole point. Electrician showed up took many bad and uneccesary bad angle pictures and report me to city Brampton and ESA. We got 3 ways witches at the stair they report no switches. We got two existing receptacles in a spare room they reported no receptacles and wanted for the money. Consequences, the city Brampton rise higher expections on my registration, the ESA follow up and gave us too much hard times and three bills. Nextgen charged $282.50 for the pictures and did not complete the work and left us with a terrible big mess in registration. DO NOT HIRE OR DO BUSINESS WITH NEXTGEN ELECTRICAL LTD. Thank you!

We had two pendant lights installed in our kitchen in a different location. Nick came in and installed these lights with no problem and very quickly. We are very happy with the service provided and will always be coming to NextGen Electrical for any of our electrical needs!! 10/10 recommend!!
