They are very well organized, on time and a great crew to have in your house. Mason, Ray and Jason did fantastic work. The work was fine, but I feel I was overcharged. Job was 2.5 hours, but we paid for 3.5 hours with an explanation that travel time was extra. The base service call fee should already account for travel time (it does with others), but here it did not. If they expect an extra 1 hour travel time charge to be added on for a small job, they should say so in advance. My residence is in North Van, very close to Cove Power's office address, which is why I called them first. In response to owner's comments: No special materials were required (and none were picked up or signed off on). I did call before posting the review and the owner just told me that's how it is (there was no mention about material pickup). I told them I would take my business elsewhere next time.
