The staff here are truly one of a kind. It's very difficult in today's climate to find mechanics that really enjoy their job and want to help their customers. Cost was secondary to their motives and simply helping me in solving my issue was their primary goal. Regaurdless of the outcome these guys care about vehicles not emptying your wallet. They are fair and friendly and would highly reccomend.

Very disappointed. After bringing my vehicle to this facility my break pad sensor had been completely ruined and I was not informed. After getting an oil change at another facility I was informed of the damage. I waited a year and then decided to pursue the issue. After days of trying to get ahold of the owner I finally spoke to him. The incident was denied by stating "I have a note that this occured prior to us working on the vehicle it was detached and plugged back in". I asked why I was not informed of such damage and why I was asked if I'd like to make an appointment to have such damage looked at if they knew what the issue was. I was told "maybe you just didn't understand what I was saying". I have a witness to testify this to be false. Not having a sensor on my car to notify me I need to immediately look into my brakes is a safety issue. I then had to pull teeth to even get some sort of a half-hearted apology. After speaking again he informed me that maybe a "rock or something over winter did this damage" the sensor was a clean cut. Overall, very very disappointed.

Growing up in a small town I always knew the mechanic that serviced our vehicle. After moving from my home town I was sceptical of finding a garage to service and maintain my automotive needs. I LOVE TRUE CENTRE! :-) The staff and mechanics always find the time to squeeze me in (even without appointment) They always take time to listen and explain what needs to be done. I never have to worry or feel like they are misleading me with un-necessary repairs, and always feel re-assured that I am leaving the shop without concern of my family safety! HONESTY is a wonderful thing in a world that often seems self-regarding.

These guys are really professional, I use several shops around this town with pretty good luck, this one really impressed me. I needed quite a bit of work done that I never thought would be done by the weekend and I had other things to do which made things harder. I was given a vehicle to use until mine was ready, and all they asked was that I replaced the gas I burnt. Definitely didn't think a shop would offer that. Recommended for sure!
