A very honest and fair company! Scott is an excellent electrician, he is extremely knowledgeable and safety oriented! He re-wired our entire house, grounded everything and put potlights new plugs and switches where we wanted them! I highly recommend having Precision Electric look at your house because Scott will be able to tell you exactly what is necessary to bring an older home up to code and make it safe! If we hadn’t re wired the house it likely would have burned down due to old ungrounded wiring that was charred to a crisp yet it was still live, thankfully Scott discovered this and took care of it! He works very efficiently and he is very organized so his prices are very reasonable and estimates are very accurate! We now have a piece of mind that all the electrical in our house is safe and up to code!

Again showed up on time on scheduled work days and did a fantastic job, offering final advice on location of pot lights and outlets before beginning. 2020 Hired Scott again to install fans and replace wall Plugs. As it was last year, this time around the work was still good. He had a minor hickup installing one fan's screw locations. He offered to fix but it was easy enough for us to putty and paint. Scott was pleasant and even addressed a concern we had with his billing. Thank you for your help Scott. 2019 Scott is a detail oriented electrician that did a good job for us. Even the inspector here in St. Catharines said he's always detail oriented. The final bill came in below the original quote and he worked hard to satisfy our electrical needs. We'll hire him again when we need more work.

We will not be recommending his services to anyone, nor will we use him for anything. First, he started off with wanting $20.00 bucks in gas to drive from Milton to Hamilton for a quote, when I might add he commented he was already in Burlington. We paid it with no comment. He did a walk through on our home and gave us a verbal amount. We had asked numerous times for a papered quote. We are a young family I might add and we are on a budget. He gave us a verbal quote of around $2,000 for the work & booked a date for his services and with ESA & hydro etc. He then had the NERVE to email not even call to tell us to book his services when we've saved up around $3-4000 for the work. He then CC'd his employee to cancel all our booked appts & to ensure we had a $2,000 deposit before any service is ever done with them. ALL because we wanted to stay within a budget?? TELL us if the quote wouldn't cover all our work & we would've removed more cosmetic features from our work and or added more money into our electrical budget. Don't undermine us and assume we can't afford it or make us feel embarrassed because we were working with a budget. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, INSULTING & FRANKLY SKETCHY.

Low quality work. The "Master" electrician seems to be quite incompetent: low people skills and social cues. The owner seems to know what they're doing, but might have a hard time grasping simple people skills. Overall, will not use this company again.

Great experience with Precision Electric. We bought a new house, home inspector reported wiring was all copper and did not report any issues, this turned out to be false. Precision came in and discovered there was a lot of aluminum in the house, lots of do it yourself work, poorly done work and hazards. Precision discovered and corrected all the issues, in cooperation with a general contractor (which they coordinated well with). I feel very comfortable living safely in my home now, the good work is very much appreciated
