So disappointed by this electrician. Do not book if you value punctuality and your time. Booked an appointment with him for a specific time. Arrives when is convenient for him and if you call him on it he will argue with you that you are being unreasonable and that his other jobs are more important.

We had a used this service over a year ago and it was fine and tasks were done well. I don’t usually write anything negative. I had one call a while ago I was less comfortable with, but respected this electrician did not want to answer general questions and was busy. So I decided to use them again. I found it odd to be told they require a credit card deposit for a basic booking-no electrician or plumber has ever asked that before, but to be told to “call someone else” when asked if they were careful about Covid and that “no” they would not wear a mask, well that shocked me. So anyone else high risk might benefit from knowing this before wasting their time calling. We’ve had other workers in our place since March and all have worn masks! Guess business must be good here to not be willing to do that to make folks comfortable. I hope I can find someone considerate enough to put a mask on while in our home.
