My indoor unit was leaking, I called them at 10:15 AM on a Friday and it was fixed by 1:30 PM, no charge as well! Prompt awesome service and easy to deal with on the phone. The tech even told us how to fix it in the future if it happens again. Nothing but good things to say.

He laid out options for us repair or replace and discussed the pros and cons. Craig came and gave us a very competitive quote for the type of unit we bought.
