Placed an order and good thing I checked the bag. Completely wrong parts. Once that was sorted I realised after I left I was also shorted 10 feet of pipe... Double check parts and count if you go here. Second time going no issues good friendly service.

Great place to get stuff for contracting jobs. Only issue is at times the wait can be a little long due to the transition the company is going through. I suggest ordering ahead of time to reduce wait times.

Nedco counter is helpful. The people in the back warehouse however, are rude,oblivious and not helpful at all. If this was the first time they'd erred on orders,I could forgive them. This has been a constant starting in April of last year. Today,I went to retrieve an order clearly designated for pick up(with a PU# designated for customer pickup) only to discover they had shipped my parts to my home office in Windsor. Very disappointed
