I entered Bracer EV's website from my Google search results for an installer for my Tesla wall connector, their website was easy to navigate, had wide range of services being offered and able to make online payments. I was skeptical of making online payments to avoid being scammed and decided to give them a phone call instead. I almost en gaged someone for the job but had to stop that after chatting with Bracer EV on the phone, their cost of installation was cheaper and included ESA inspection which makes them stand out. Other electricians pass on the ESA inspection to clients but Bracer handled all this which was super convenient. I’m very satisfied with the work performed by EV Bracer. Their website was easy to navigate to get an accurate quote. The install of my Tesla charger was great. They only made a small hole in my garage drywall. They used the openings from my HVAC ducts in the basement to run the wiring through to the garage. EV Bracer also arranged the ESA inspection which was included with the pricing. They also have a life time warranty on the wiring work performed. They took a potential troublesome event into a very positive experience. I highly recommend EV Bracer for any ev charger install

Great experience working with Graham and his contractor team. He responded very quick with my inquiry within 24 hours, conducted an on-site, no obligation site visit consultation and answered every question I had. I went through 6 other electricians prior to Graham and Bracer EV regarding a NEMA 14-50 outlet install - which is a standard typical stove outlet and EV outlet. I white lied about acquiring a Nissan Leaf initially but in reality I have a Tesla vehicle. The other electricians were charging unreasonable just because I mentioned Tesla but Graham was the only one who charged a reasonable price, 25% to 45% less than other quotes I received. He said that it doesn't matter what car it is because it's the same outlet that's required. My electrical run required about 60 - 80 feet of wiring and the installation was very clean. Their guarantee and assurance is great as they don't ask for payment until it passes ESA inspection. Highly recommend.

With the support from Graham, assistance from Toronto Hydro in obtaining a load report, and passing of the inspection, we were able to stay on a 100-amp system, which saved a tonne of money. Others in the market for installing home charging stations - be warned that competitors may encourage or insist an upgrade to a 200-amp system, but it is likely not necessary (depending on energy usage). I highly recommend Bracer EV because of their honesty and good work!

I contacted three installation companies for quotes to install a charger plug in my garage for my new Tesla 3. Two of the quotes were almost identical and the other "out of site". Bracer offered a discount if they were able to use an empty conduit that we discovered in the ceiling. The garage is located one floor above the electrical panel. This was the case and made the intstall even easier, hence the discount. Dealing with Graham was areal pleasure and was in contact throughout the process by text message and also came to my home with the electrician on the day of the installation. There was a small issue with a faulty breaker which was replaced. There was second unrelated issue that I thought could be related to the Charger, and Graham did not abandon me due to my concern. He followed through and offered to troubleshoot. Excellent service by both Graham and the installing electrician, whom I understand is a Bracer subcontractor.

I reached out to Graham in February 2020 before the COVID-19 pandemic for an inquiry. I needed a panel upgrade and Tesla charger installed. Graham was very quick and easy to communicate with. He even called me while he was on vacation!!! Cut to March 2020, unfortunately due to COVID-19, things were put off temporarily. As phase 1 of reopening Ontario began, we revisited everything. We were able to pick up easily where we left off. On the day of installation, Mike the Electrician came by well prepared with proper PPE. He was awesome. He stayed until after the work was done to walk me through calibrating my charger. In the end, the upgrade and installation went by smoothly and as planned. We were given ESA certification. I was able to meet Graham in person who is also awesome! These guys are kind, professional, knowledgeable, and obviously amazing at what they do. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for service upgrades and/or EV charger installations.

When we found out our new EV would be arriving within a week, I phoned around for info on installing a charger. BracerEV (Graham) was the only one who walked me through my options, with patience and full disclosure on what to expect. On the day of installation (just a few days later) Graham and the electrician team were thorough in their assessment for the best and most economical solution for my house. It was completed quickly and exactly as we had discussed. If I could give 4.75 stars I would, only because there were some metal shavings left on my front steps and a bush was slightly damaged. All in all, I would highly recommend BracerEV!
