He was fast and efficient, he knew what he was talking about and gave us the best price (we had 2 other companies come in to give us quotes and another company did a quote without seeing the jobs). Many thanks to Jay and company for the most excellent work. Jay stepped in to rewire two units in one of our fourplexes under full renovations. He upgraded the service panel in all units and connected new AC units. Most importantly, all permits were submitted by Jay and all inspections passed! Do not hesitate to hire Jay!
