I would never recommend this company to anyone. My home builder refereed me to them as they just finished the electrical on my $500,000 home in Winnipeg. I had called them to see about getting a quote for a connection to my hot tub when the women rudely cut me off and told me they are "too busy" to do something like this and they will stick with only new home construction jobs. Clearly this company does not understand what customer service is, and hello it is a new construction build. Weather they like it or not they got the business on this property because i built that home. Had that been the person answering the phones in my business i would have fired her on the spot for her conduct. Clearly this is a company with no care in the world. I will be sure to go out of my way to let my business connections in the construction community know not to use South Side Electrical for any of their home builds.
