I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Sam from Southcan Electric. To give you a little back story, I'm a solar panel technician, I specialize on the installation side of solar arrays for residential homes. The electrical side of things our company always had a journeyman electrician on hand to do tie-ins etc. Anyways, during a comoany move to Saskatchewan I was left here in MB with no journeyman so I had to hire a new electrician to close up a few jobs here in MB. A friend recommended going with Southcan Electric for the job, and I'm very glad that I did! Sam came prepared, he knew all of the proper procedures and codes related to solar, and was a overall just great to work with! We did two different tie-overs (at the panel) and they both passed inspection with absolutley zero issues. We have had problems in the past with new electricians not knowing how solar works, but Sam was familiar with everything and it blew me away. Made my life so much easier! Would highly highly recommend going with Southcan for whatever electrical needs you may have. I found that they are a very professional company, they take pride in their work, and they will do the job right.

Simply put, professional and reasonably priced. I needed some odd electrical work done at my house. Due to mostly finished ceiling, I received some outrageous prices. Sam figures out a way to run the wires, pass inspection, and with no extra work having to be done. I want to especially highlight how his team was punctual and communicated what they were doing. It made the whole experience easy and a lower cost than the other quotes I had. Would recommend and hire in the future.
