I have nothing but great things to say about Hurricane Group! They did a complete rewire of my 110 year old home and we couldn't be happier! Their electricians are courteous and friendly. Their administration team is prompt with updates and generally keeping everyone informed about progress and times of arrival. The work is first rate and passed inspection with no concerns. And most importantly, they came in on budget and the quote was very competitive! I won't hesitate to use Hurricane Group again and I highly recommend them!

Initially they called and booked us in for a date, which they missed. As we had wasted our time waiting around for their arrival I was reluctant to rebook but did as I figured it was an oversight and since they had come highly recommended. The guy that was sent for the repairs seemed rushed. He had 3 tasks to complete. He did a great job on switching out a light in one of the bedrooms. He switched out the kitchen light which had a dimmer. Everything works. The trouble was he didn’t have a cover for the switch. They said they would return with one, and never came. I reminded them too, but we ended up purchasing our own as we weren’t gonna leave it like that. Also in the kitchen, we had a plug that was shorting out when multiple items were plugged in. I think that this turned out to be a little more complicated than expected. As a result, when the job was complete we were left with a hole around the plug that we had to worry about patching up ourselves. I realize that these things might be “minor”, but I just found that leaving at like this was sloppy. I don’t feel that it should’ve been up to me to finish the last details.

After months of trying to find someone to provide direct internet connections from our router to various areas of our house, I stumbled across Hurricane group while web searching. They were easy to communicate with, responsive and accommodating to our requests. They worked while we were all home and we hardly noticed. Done quickly and done well... great job!

We hired Hurricane Electric to install our Google Nest Doorbell. When issues occurred with the unit (through no fault of Hurricane Electric) they went above and beyond to correct the problem. They came to our house approximately five times to assess and correct the problem. They even went back to the retail outlet on our behalf! They were always very professional and pleasant. We dealt mostly with Jonathon who is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and efficient! But so were the electricians who came! Would definitely recommend this company! I don’t often write reviews but felt that I had to in this case! We need some electrical work done this summer and will definitely be using them!
