Don diagnosed the problem and we concluded to replace the wiring in our house. We have been sleeping in peace ever since, knowing that out home is safe. You need an electrician who knows how to make electricity flow safely and to code and able to troubleshoot any possibility from MB Hydro to any part of the circuit. This is your person! If you are replacing knob and tube, he’ll more than likely be knocking out necessary holes in your walls, which is a messy job. You can negotiate with him as to what your expectations of the cleanliness of the worksite are.

Having Endeavour Electric perform repairs at the Holiday Inn Winnipeg South, they have showed their craftsmanship. From repairing parkade electrical plug outlets, lighting, commercial motors. Endeavour Electric did the electrical renovations to the hotel, it was was great having them keep to the schedule. Lutron lighting was not a problem for this crew, they installed it well. They have done such a wonderful job, that I have referred them to friends and business. Endeavour Electric performed wonderfully changing knob and tube wiring in residential residence. My friends were pleased and so will you.

Don MacLean (the owner) came the same day as being called following a storm that knocked a tree down on our powerline to the house. He worked outside on a cool Saturday night until 11pm to get our outside box and mast back up and running, and I know he had been working all day on other places. Charged us a very reasonable amount under the circumstances. Spectacular job - would definitely use Endeavour again.

Called early in the week asking for a service call. When Don asked me what the issue was, he was able to provide me with a fix over the phone. The fix was exactly what I needed to do, but I was still left with no power in outlets. When I called back, Don booked a service call for the next morning. His employee Trent came over and explained everything that was going on with the power flow. It took him very little time to determine the issue and complete the repair. Endeavour Electric just replaced the knob and tube wiring in Addictions Recovery Inc.’s large 110+ year old house, upgraded the electric panel to a 200 amp service and installed special wiring and dedicated circuits to safely accommodate six fridges and multiples of several other large appliances. At the end of September we asked Don to help replace two pot lights. We had tried to do one ourselves and thought it was broken. It turned out that we just didn't know how to take the bulb out!! After job in our house was completed, I can only say that non of the 5 stars was an exaggeration. Dedication of Dan and his employees was manifested at every aspect of the job. My younger son called Don on my behalf and came out to our home and overlooked our electrical situation and provided his knowledge and know how of how we could rectify our overloaded panel and our broken service to the garage.At first we were looking at just getting the power restored to our garage only.But after inspecting our 58 year old main panel and dangerous FPE sub panel he suggested that we change over the entire service and bring things up to date and to the current electrical codes.We then decided to do a complete upgrade with a new panel in the house and a panel and teck cable to the garage along with a new main feed service to the house along with a complete system surge protector.I am extremely satisfied with the professional work performed on our electrical system from Endeavour Electric and feel much safer for having this work done as it was long overdue.Excellent pricing, Excellent workmanship = an overall great experience from Endeavour Electric.Keep up the good work that you do.If anyone requires any electrical work done this is the 1st place to contact.Again extremely satisfied with their professional work.
