Great guys. A lot of pride in the work, did a top notch job - looked great, did things the other electricians (quotes) said they couldn't do. Others wanted to beat up drywall, run extra cables, etc., these guys did it all invisibly without extra work needed. Handled the permits, too.

Having used Crescentwood Electric many times under a previous owner, we were terribly disappointed in our dealings this time. I contacted the company online, then connected via phone call after receiving a reply by text and made an appointment. He texted the next day, minutes before the time of the appointment, with a reason as to why he wouldn't be able to make the call. We set up another appointment for two days later. No one showed up on the second date and there was no communication or explanation. I had to leave work early on both days, time I do not get paid for. At least have the decency or the guts to explain why you can't make the call, or say you're unwilling to take the job in the first place. Completely unprofessional. BTW, I wasn't able to make the post unless I selected at least one star. Otherwise I would have rated this company zero.

Fast and friendly service from Crescentwood. I removed an interior wall and ran some new wire. I just wanted an electrician to come pull the trigger and hook stuff back up (making sure it was up to code) - just two outlets and two junction boxes. I called several other electrical companies who told me they were too busy for my small job. Crescentwood made time for me and charged a very reasonable price. The guy who visited my place was named Brent, and he was quite good.

We recently had Crescentwood Electric replace all the knob and tube wiring in our new (100 year old) house. They were responsive, organized, on time, easy to deal with, reasonably priced and did an excellent job keeping the job site clean while working. They did not take any shortcuts and did a really great job.
