Emailed in request to get estimate on under mount kitchen lighting. Cam phone me back within 5 minutes on Friday which was great and said he would come give an estimate on Monday between 3 and 4 o'clock as he lived close by. Unfortunately he had to cancel and reschedule but I did not get the message and I contacted him to see what problem was. He did apologize for the error and offered to make it right. I would contact him for any future business.

Our experience consisted of replacing and adding external electrical sockets around the outside of the house and replacing old and amateurish wiring and lighting inside a garden shed/workshop. Camcco arrived promptly for assessment and two weeks later as promised. The 1/2 day work project was done on schedule and promptly. We felt that the work was assessed and done by people who really knew what they were doing and came equipped, and there was no need to for anyone to slip to a store to buy supplies! I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We recently purchased a house and found out it needed a complete re-wiring. Not knob & tube, but old cloth sheathed un-grounded wiring. Which apparently the insurance company consider it the same thing. My insurance company wasn't the clearest initially. We also had some aluminum wiring too. But Cam came and did a complete inspection of our house's electrical system. Cam right off the hop was extremely professional and polite on the phone. He was also extremely accommodating. Once the insurance company finally clarified what they wanted we hired Camco to do the job. We had to get the whole house re-done. There were a couple of additional things we asked for since, we were re-doing everything anyways. But in total we had everything re-wired, with a service upgrade to 200A, had a new panel installed, interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed, along with some small additional things we wanted set up in the house. Cam came in the first couple of days and went over some things with us and the crew he had working at our house. Basically explained the most efficient and cost effective way to get everything we wanted. The crew that worked on our house was great. They showed up right on time every morning, they were extremely professional, and were extremely comforting throughout the whole thing. I saw this as our insurance didn't lay it out for us all at once, it went from needing some work done, to needing everything done, super stressful. Anyways, at the end of every day the two guys who were working on the house would let us know where there were at, and would set us up to have as much power for the night as could be done till the next day. As the re-wiring was done, it basically went in sections throughout the house. And in the end the whole house was re-wired and we couldn't be happier with the work. We also found the cost to be very reasonable, considering how much work needed to be done. 100% would recommend Camco Electric to anyone, and would use them again if I needed any other electrical work in the future. Great work!

When obtaining quotes for our knob and tube replacement we were impressed with the detailed quote we received from Camco. Their estimate came in thousands less than others along with shorter time of completion. The team was respectful, patient and willing to explain any questions we had during the process. Camco Electric LTD did a fantastic job removing old knob and tube and running new wire in my old house. The whole job took 2 days to complete plus a small portion of day 3 to patch only 8 holes across my whole main floor. They replaced all sockets, light switches and also helped by making some quality of life changes such as adding a fan switch in the bathroom and a electrical receptacle as well as re-locating some receptacles and switches to much better locations. On top of this, the 2 electricians were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They were problem solvers and even worked around a large lizard cage that took up 1/3 of the room by crawling under it and climbing over it to get the job done. The quote was leaps and bounds more reasonable than the other quotes I got. I would highly recommend Camco Electric LTD to anyone needing to remove old knob and tube or for any other electrical needs. I will be using this company moving forward for any other electrical needs I may have as well. Very Impressed!!!
