James came to our home to give us a quote on lighting. When we initially contacted him to arrange this, we heard back from him quickly and were able to book in quickly as well. After he came to our home, he said he would get back to us on a quote, however, a week passed and no response. We followed up with a message, and another week later we still no response. Two weeks have passed, with no reply. We had originally decided to contact James due to his great reviews online, and we wanted to support a local, family owned business - as opposed to a large company or chain. Highly disappointed.

We hired Kennedy Electric to replace all of the lights in our facility with more energy efficient LED lights. We inquired with a number of companies, but Kennedy Electric stood out from the rest as the most reliable company. They were prompt in delivering a fair quote for the job, and were equally as quick to finish all of the work, only needing access to the building for one day. After the install was finished, we were pleasantly surprised to see our building cleaner than it was when they started! We found Kennedy Electric to be very professional and polite, and would recommend them to anyone seeking electrical services. We will definitely be using them again in the near future!

He addressed the problem quickly and recommended replacing just the problematic breakers. He did not believe it was necessary to replace all of them - that was really nice to hear. Kennedy Electric saved the day. So grateful!!! They squeezed us in at the end of the day (same day) and worked for hours in the cold, snow on amd off the roof to get our maste back up and power lines in working order. They put the call into hydro to get someone dispatched out before he left. They could’ve said “sorry I’m booked up” but instead of going home to eat with their families they worked through diner at our house. Thank you, merry Christmas ????
