We were referred by a neighbouring building. We had a small electrical job that need a few minor adjustments Peter came out to look was very knowledgeable easy to work with. Their scheduling was simple and quick and the two gentleman who came our were courteous nice and very efficient. Very impressed with their customer service. No hesitation to using them again for any electrical work that may need to be completed. Overall fantastic experience!

He sent inexperienced electricians to to install a breaker box and wiring to our hottub, we had to call several timesto have them return. In the end it was installed incorrectly and a year after we had to get the job redone. I let him know and he acted like he was going to fix it. I was super impressed he was going to do the job under warranty so I canceled the guy who diagnosed it as improper. Well, turns out he did show up when he said, but only to put a copy of my email in the door. He never rang the doorbell! When i called the following Monday he was clear he was not going to honour his work. I texted him to give him another chance before I publically reviewed him. He did not respond but forwarded my text to husband trying to get him on his side!?? Clearly a mans man who doesn't deal well with unhappy customers. His whole operation is summed up by his actions. Shows up but doesn't ring the bell. Save yourself a headache and hire someone else.

Complete Power was one of the most Professional Companies I have ever dealt with. We as a company hired Complete Power to do our electrical work for our commercial freezers and update our emergency lighting. We have now hired Complete Power for personal use. I would Highly recommended them to anyone. They are true to their word.
