I hired Bill to do some maintenance on my mom's home electrical system as he was recommended to us by her home insurance provider. He was polite and easy to deal with. He provided a quote the same day I contacted him. One of my good friends is an electrician (in another city) and I had him review the quote for me. My friend said Bill's quote was very reasonable. Bill came out to our home a few days later and he got everything done within the budget that he estimated. My mom was very pleased. Great all-around experience and would definitely hire him again!

Probably one of the best customer experiences that I have had. I was in a pinch with my power being out right around dinner with 2 kids. Billy had just finished a job in Vancouver and came right over. He was efficient in his service, friendly, and more than reasonable for price. Had my power back on quick and I don’t think I’d recommend anyone else as an electrician.

Billy Scowby was recommended by a friend who lives in the same condo tower. He answered my phone call immediately and was able to come the next day. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would and did a wonderful job replacing the tubes. ballasts and plastic panel in an oldish (23 years) sunshine ceiling. At our request, he also recommended, and installed, wireless switches so we could turn the ceiling light on from different locations. Billy is efficient, careful, polite, has a dry sense of humour and is meticulous. An indication of the last quality is the fact that after installing two light switches he aligned all the screws in the switch plate so they were perfectly vertical. Highly recommended by Don & Lorna.
