Good overall, but arrived at 5:15pm instead of 4pm. When you pay 190$ for the service call only, I think it's legitimate to expect a little more in terms of punctuality. Other than that, was professional, courteous and gave us a few interesting tips.

I called them and they asked all my details and said a technician would call back to set the appointment. It’s been three weeks and no one has called me yet. Obviously I already called another place that fixed it in two days. Really bad service.
