John recently was at my home to complete some work and let me tell you... He is not your average electrician! He really does go above and beyond to Make sure that your needs are met. He is meticulas at making sure that outlets are placed where you want, he is clear about what he is doing and he communicated everything. You wouldn't even know he was there after as he makes sure to clean up every dash of dust. John goes way above and beyond, he smoke tested our fire detectors as an added service and we discovered that although they appeared to be working and didn't expire for another 5 years... They were in fact not working at detecting smoke... Their main purpose! John is a pleasure to have in your home.. Like a friend that popped by to help with a few things, my daughter adored him and we trust him 1000% with our electrical and saftey needs.. Thanks John! You have clients for life now!

One of our parking lot lights went out just as a busy weekend started with lots of traffic expected. We needed the light replaced quickly. ElecTrade came to the rescue, found the replacement bulb and installed it, in all it took less than 24 hours from the first telephone call to project completion. When your hot tub stops working on a winter weekend, you wonder how it will get fixed before the pump freezes and causes even more damage. I called Jon on a Saturday evening and we were able to schedule a repair on Monday. I was able to send pictures for a quick diagnosis. Paul gave a courtesy phone call on Monday prior to his arrival. He had the proper parts and was able to get the job done quickly and before the pump froze! If I ever need an electrician again, I will be calling Electrade. Very pleased with the service.

I found my experience with this company to be professional right from the start. I first made an appt. with John Fraser to go over what I needed to have done. He was right on time and explained the job/time/cost clearly. His crew showed up on the day we planned and they were professional from start to finish. I had done some major reno work on the main floor of my house and some wiring needed to be relocated to hang new light fixtures over an island from a vaulted ceiling. I also needed other pot lights, switches, outlets installed and a breaker fixed.
