Reliant Electrical Services is the Facility's Safety Representative, FSR, for our condo complex. They are responsible for electrical inspections, repair of all the electrical systems. Their work has been exemplary. They are a very professional in their dealings with our maintenance person and the strata council. Also, they were contracted to install all the components of our security system which include a new fob entry system, the new 26 camera security system, and the emergency lighting system. Also, they are responsible for reviewing renovation requests when there are changes to the electrical wiring inside a condo unit. On a personal, I had Reliant install additional outlets and a fan in my condo unit. The work was done efficiently and the costs were less than the quote
