As this is a 5* resort, when I have an electrical issue - it typically needs to be dealt with immediately and efficiently. I can not speak highly enough for the integrity, professionalism and responsiveness that I have experienced each and EVERY time I have had to call on Cristian for his help. Completely reliable, punctual and true to his word - genuinely helps troubleshoot through any situation in a timely manner and on budget.
