With one of our bedrooms in our house completely losing power to all outlets, Kevin from Kevray showed up to our door within two days of the initial inquiry. It took Kevin less than an hour to diagnose and repair the problem at hand, and additionally repaired a power outlet in the washroom that was causing a safety hazard. Kevin wore a face mask and gloves at all times, and was extremely polite. Would recommend Kevray Electrical Service to all homeowners looking for well priced, timely electrical repairs.

I was very impressed with both the quality of the work and the level of expertise that was displayed during the repair at our restaurant. It’s hard to find a solid company today that finds the problem and fixes it properly. Running a business means tight margins so when we call someone for a repair our expectation is to do it right the first time and eliminate the need for a follow up redo. I recommend Kevin if your looking to get “job done right”.

We called Kevin late on the Monday night of Thanksgiving weekend. Our main breaker to the house had melted and our power was out. He spent about an hour on the phone with me that night, and moved his schedule around so he could get us fixed up the next day! He walked us through everything we needed to do, including contacting Hydro One. This was a big job that took up most of his day, but everything was fixed and put back together better than it was before! The final invoice was almost exactly the amount he had quoted on the phone. We were very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of his work. And very grateful that he took care of us so quickly! We had a major power outage and at 2:30 we realized we needed assistance. We started calling Mr Electric because they advertise 24/7 service only to find out there numbers are not in service. Frustrated I googled 24 electrical service York Region and Kevray appeared. I though to myself lets call and we will probably reach an answering service and nobody will be available. To my surprise, my call was immediately answered by a live person named Kevin. I explained our dilemma, we have a generator and it was running but after stopping it to refill fuel , it started, ran very brie\fly and cut out. I tried everything I knew and it wouldn't go. Kevin spent over half an hour on the phone trying to troubleshoot the issue. He was so patient, he explained everything he wanted me to try and after a half hour we agreed he had t`o come from Stouffville to Queensville to help. He was very professional, caring and I could readily see we were in very capable hands. Everything was laser aligned, all finishing details were perfect, and made good suggestions along they way as unknowns became known. As a homeowner the most important part for me with electrical work (switches, outlets, lighting, etc) was to have very high quality work done for both what you can see AND what you can't see. We got the work inspected by ESA while in progress and a final inspection, and Kevin had no problems passing the inspections (the second inspection the inspector barely looked around based on the quality he saw in the first inspection). I've worked with many crews and highly recommend Kevin and anyone on his crew as he keeps them to a very high standard.

We've had Kevin complete work at our house on two occasions. On the first occasion Kevin installed a two camera surveillance system. He did a fantastic job. The workmanship was very neat and clean. Since he did such a fantastic job, we had him back to run the electrical service for our hot tub and hook everything up. Again he did a very neat and clean job.
