Amazing Work and Trustworthy. I recently used Mike from Trotter Electrical to have some outdoor outlets added to the outside of my house. I also used Trotter Electrical to add kitchen pot lights and other electrical work at another property and Mike did a fantastic job and was awesome to deal with. He is professional and takes care to respect your home while is working. He was on time when he said he'd be here and took the time to do the job right. Its hard to find contractors you feel comfortable with and trust but Mike exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mike and Trotter Electrical. He will be my go to electrician for all my electrical needs without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time calling others. Go straight to Trotter Electrical.

My hot tub was tripping breakers every 15-20 minutes and I couldn't figure out why. I called Mike, he came by, started at the motor and worked his way back to the secondary breaker, and found the problem.....the positive wire to the breaker had MELTED!!! He also noticed that the GFCI had been falsely "installed" and wasn't connected to anything. MASSIVE fire hazard! Anyway, in just one day, Mike replaced the panel, updated the GFCI and connected it PROPERLY, and got my hot tub running good as new. Electrical work isn't something you want to lowball for. "Good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good." You're going to get what you pay for with Mike. I'll call him anytime I need electrical work again.

Simply top notch. Professional, courteous, was able to do an emergency replacement within about an hour of the call. Walked into our new place (which is a challenging case as far as wiring goes) and solved our problem within 15 minutes. Gave us an overall assessment at our request and fixed 2 additional issues we didn't know we'd had. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We hired Mike to install circuits for our pool pump and heater and to bond all of the pool equipment. He had to pull up a number of patio stones to bury the wire and put them back so well it doesn't even look like they were pulled up at all.
