Todd and his crew installed a whole home generator for us this past week. The quality of their work is impeccable - the wires run straight and properly secured, the coordination between the city to shut off the power to our house and the gas contractor for hook up was seamless, and the finished project exceeded our expectations. As they finished, the crew spent time cleaning up all the bits of wire and vacuuming the carpet in front of the newly installed panel in the basement. You’d hardly know that 6 guys had been working there all day. All in all very impressed and we would highly recommend Tri Line Electric for all your home and commercial electrical needs. Thanks!

Recently contacted Tri-Line Electric to obtain a quote to have some work completed to upgrade my residential hydro service from 60amp to 100amp. I got an email back from Todd stating due to their current work load they are unable to provide a quote at this time. They could have at least said when they could make it out to provide an estimate (ie: 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks) but instead it was just a straight "no we do not need your business". From a business perspective it does not make sense to turn customers away, ever. Not only have you lost a potential customer, but your business will never be recommended. I Do not recommend this company.

The nice people at Tri-Line rewired my entire house and only made one small hole. That's pretty amazing, given I have a 100 year old 3-story home!
