I had such a wonderful experience with everyone at Nu-tek. I spoke with Joan and Nancy to book the service and JP came out for the switch installation. Even though it was a very small job they treated me like I was a valued customer. Everyone was friendly, wiling to help and delivered on all the promised they made. John and Joan the owners are very nice to deal with. Mark the salesperson came and gave me a quote for some work I wanted done after a home purchase. They installed a backup generator, put in new soffit pot lights and replaced all pot lights in the house as well as replaced an aging electrical panel.the quality and neatness of their work was exceptional. My wife and I needed to have two ceiling fans and a bathroom fan installed in the home we just recently moved into and after having quotes provided by 3 electrical companies, we chose to go with the Nu Tek Electric team. JP arrived right on time to start work and was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He did a great job on all three jobs requested and even went out of his way to fix up some do it yourself work done by the previous owners. All done at a very reasonable price. We contracted with this company for a generator installation. The staff working for this company are knowledgeable friendly and accommodating. Although the process was protracted due to the external pressures of COVID, which were beyond anyones control, we feel that we received good service and good value. Especially important to our experience were the installers. These professionals were obliging and very helpful in the commissioning and overall process of having our generator installed. Its always good to speak to the service field reps as these are the people that have an intimate knowledge of the products from a servicing perspective.
