As a business operating in the Peterborough region, Lancer Electric understood that time was of the essence when we reached out to them. Our team leader on shift at the time could not diagnose the problem, and they had one of their team on our site within 30 minutes of our call. 10 minutes thereafter we had our problem diagnosed and a solution swinging into action. Consummate professionals, they kept us in the loop through the whole process and, in fact, improved our situation rather than just fixing the problem. In the future, they are going to be front of mind when we need electrical service - emergency or otherwise. I unreservedly recommend their team to anyone in the region that needs a quality electrician.

Power went out at 5:15 this morning, and we started the generator. However, the furnace didn't come on, and thinking it was a power issue, we called Lancer Electric. Owner, Nathan Chambers, came out in the afternoon. We were impressed, because they have to be pretty busy with issues related to the widespread power outages. Nathan didn't think it was a power issue, but rather something wrong with fuel intake, so we called the furnace people and they are on their way. Nathan apparently doesn't like to leave problems unsolved, because he said he'd call us tomorrow to find out what the problem was.

This past Sunday night everything in my home lost power. I checked the breakers to see if any had flicked off and found that the main breaker was off. I unplugged some major appliances and turned off the air conditioning before I tried to turn the main breaker back on. It would not go back to the on position so I made a call to Lancer Electric and waited for a bit - after all, it was Sunday night - I received a call from the electrician explaining why he was a little delayed (which was not that long) - he asked me several questions over the phone and sent me downstairs to try the breaker again (with a suggestion as to why it did not stay in the on position) - low and behold, it worked!! I so appreciated the fact that they saved me a service call as it was something so simple. When I do have a major problem in the future I know who I am going to call. I feel they can be trusted as they will not take advantage of me and my money. Thanks again Lancer Electric!

The electricity in our home went out and it was -15 degrees outside. Neighbours all had power except for us. I called Lancer Electric to see if someone could come out and fix the problem. A pager service took our call promptly Friday evening and Nathan arrived shortly after. He fixed the problem that was due to a transfer switch and we had electricity again. Speedy, courteous service. When you lose your hydro it's always a big inconvenience. But when it happens at the start of a long weekend, it's a much bigger issue. We lost our hydro on the Friday afternoon of the Victoria weekend. We contacted Nathan who took immediate action to arrange for help. I had last night my fuse blow! Leaving me with out lights, outlets, and hot water Tank! I called Lancers and it was 10pm I couldn’t believe they had a 24/7 emergency line That’s sooo handy!! I told the call service I didn’t need a emergency call but left my number with them . First thing 8:15am had Nat call I was sooo happy for such a quick response he was very professional and was at my house with in 5min. He then made a decision on what was wrong And had a tech out with in 20min they both were kind, polite And the tech was outstanding!! Friendly lad, talked me over the problem and Boom it was fixed! I would Highly recommend Lancers to anyone in need of help. And I will 100% be calling them for a big project Soon! Thanks again lancers.
