Purchased manual generator a year ago. Used it first time today for planned 8 hr hydro outage. It worked flawlessly and is darn near idiot proof. Just follow the instructions. During the outage we had power for pumps, furnace, fridge, hot water, satellite and internet. We are extremely satisfied

Few years ago Steve and his team installed two generators at our cottage plus additional electrical work. They have been servicing it annually since. The installation went fast, flawless, professional, and reliable. Generators have been working well. Recently I contacted Steve in another electrical matter. I got a fast and honest reply which addressed my issue without spending any money. Very honest! I highly recommend this company.
