Amazing service. The guys who came out to work on my panel (Ken and Devon) were professional, honest, friendly and efficient. They know their stuff, and even pointed out some issues that needed to be fixed (such as incorrect wiring for my air conditioning unit). They also were upfront when they made a small mistake. Instead of covering it up, they told me right away (which in the end wasn't a big deal at all). I was impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable and honest company. I'll definitely have them back when I need more work done. Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about BCM. After speaking with several electricians who would either not show up or not return my calls, Kevin came to my home personally to plan out the work we need done and had his team in within a week because they got a cancellation. Kevin knew how important getting this work done was for us and we felt completely prioritized! Mike did the majority of the work in our home and he was absolutely incredible. He was on time, always explained everything so we understood the process, and even came back when we realized we missed a couple of plugs that we needed removed. Thank you BCM. As part of my basement renovation I required electrical work. BCM Electric Systems was recommended to me. Their initial contact with me was prompt. Kevin answered all of my questions and concerns. They took care of ensuring a permit was opened for the required work. Both rough-in and final panel connection were approved by ESA. Trevor was the electrician that completed most of the work. His work was done neatly and precisely. Any questions I had when he was at my house were answered professionally. Another electrician, Mike, arrived the second day to complete some final work. He too was very professional. At their office Brittany was my contact when it came to invoicing and payment. She responded immediately when I had a question. The quality of work was excellent and the Final cost was very reasonable. I have no reservations recommending BCM to anyone that asks me and as well I would use them again if the need arises. In 2019 I had the pleasure of awarding BCM two large contracts to install miles of cabling and also replace all of our exterior lighting. The cabling contract was extremely involved and without the constant communication with Trevor my onsite project manager I don’t believe this would have gone so smoothly. We have very strict rules for all contractors coming into our facility and all BCM team members adhered very well to the business expectations. BCM is very well organized and all electricians carry a great attitude. Nothing about this auto count cabling project was easy and BCM worked with me through many obstacles to get the project done in a professional and timely manner. We had BCM pull aluminum wiring out of a house we had purchased, and replace with copper, new panel, transfer station for Generac, and the Generac itself. All of the crew were friendly, professional and knowledgable. And the price was right. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your electrical needs. In fact I have been doing just that for the past few months. My neighbour had them install her generator based on our recommendation. She is just as thrilled. Give them a chance to quote your work.
