We had Chad come and rewire/move some electrical and he did a great job. Opening walls can cause problem but he figured it out and we were able to finish our Reno with working and well placed outlets and switches

Asked him (Chad) to do an electrical inspection for insurance purposes. Came and inspected the place and advised of some fixes. I agreed and asked him to do the necessary fixes. Asked for an update a few days later and he bailed out. Waste of time. EDIT: Regarding access to the shed, the insurance company did not deem it necessary and I relayed that information to you. I never asked you to sign on off anything that you had not physically inspected yourself or something that was against the Canadian Electrical Code. You simply had to write in your report that the shed was never inspected, how simple can it get? Instead you ghosted me when you said it would be completed by a certain date, then you called me fishy. This was a very level of customer service. Regarding payment, I wasn't asking you to do it for free or asking you for any special favours. In our initial conversation, you had said you would charge an hour for the inspection. You inspected the place and advised on some fixes. I agreed and gave you the go ahead for the fixes. I had given you contact information and was ready to pay once you had submitted the report.
