Received an invoice for a job that was completed. No hours or materials listed, just a subtotal and total for an amount that seemed excessive. Called them and was told that they don't provide a break down of materials or labor on their residential invoices. They agreed that I was overcharged on my invoice (for twice as many hours) and that it was simply an error. How many "errors" do they make that aren't caught because they don't provide a breakdown? I would be incredibly wary of any company that makes a routine of not providing a detailed invoice. I would highly recommend using a different company.

I've had provincial electric come to my home for several electrical issues... they are by far the best company to deal with in HRM... they are quick.. on time.. and the bills were always correct. They make sure things are done the correct way every single time. Always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for the great service!
