They worked with my schedule. They showed up when they said they would. They performed the work they quoted. The price was the price. They are qualified, experienced, and friendly. I will have them back again.

Had a good experience with Travis and the team. Travis was very helpful and friendly during the initial consultation, and recommend a setup that we eventually decided to go with. On the day of the job, things went very smoothly and we got text notifications (including a picture) confirming the appointment and technician (Blair). I liked this approach. The only thing that I would say could be improved is the email back and forth. At times it felt like it was low priority (ex: lacking details that would require follow up emails). The pricing seemed reasonable.

I had a in-home consultation for a quote for an electrical upgrade over a month ago. Nothing too crazy, just needed to upgrade from fuses to breakers. The serviceman seemed very professional, friendly and thorough, and spent about 45 mins going over the property. However that was the last I heard of them and I never received a quote. I called to follow up last week and they said they would send a quote along within 24 hours however the week has past and I still haven't received anything. I felt like my time has been wasted.

I used Mr. Electric for a blown breaker. They replaced it fairly quickly, and left a bit of a mess but the work was good and the price was right. While their technician was here I asked for a quote on under-cabinet lighting and was told between $350 and $500. A few months later, I decided to go with them for the lighting. When they came in, they quoted $950... I reminded the technician (the same one as before) that he originally quoted a much lower range. He pulled out his tablet, dropped the price by $200 and looked at me for approval. I reminded him again... He dropped it to $550 and said that's the best he can do. I made the mistake of saying yes. Part way through the job he told me we had to reschedule the remainder of the work because he forget to schedule another technician to come in and learn how to do this type of work and he wanted to do so. I said absolutely not. I had scheduled time off work to be there, and it was their mistake to cover, not mine. He made a call to the technician to come out, and they got the work going within 10 minute. As they were getting ready to leave, another mess was made and I asked them to clean it up. I was told that's not included in the fees they charge and they refused to clean up the bits of wires, clips, drywall dust, on the counters and floors. Months later, the lights failed and I had a look for myself. Two very small exposed wires with two very small solders were connecting a right angle of lights, and one of the cables had popped off. These are directly above a sink, and exposed. There was nothing protecting these very small wires. A discoloration can be see around the terminal where the wire popped off. Frustrated, I called a different electrician in to take a look, and they started to lecture me on why I shouldn't do electricial work when I have no training or skill because of fire risk, etc. I let him know that these people did the work, and he didn't believe me until I went to my filing cabinet and brought out the final invoice detailing the work he was looking at. Do not use these people. They're frauds and amateurs.

This is the 2nd time using this company the first to install fixtures and today was a more concerning issue regarding a wire being hit with a screw and could have been a way bigger issue. I called this morning and by lunch I had a breaker, which was arcing, replaced. I contacted the office in the morning and the lady who responded was very helpful in arranging an appointment despite folks being busy. Blair arrived in the morning, identified the issue, left to get a part and got here before lunch. He also provided information on programming the water heater timer that was associated with the heater. This was great service from start to finish. The price was in line with what I expected for the expertise. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting an electrical issue resolved.
