We had a problem with the main electric cable. I took several opinions but Jeff was the only one who offered a definitive fix. He responded very quickly, took pictures and explained to me what needed to be done. He did all the communication with NS power and the job passed their inspection without a problem. I called Jeff at 1:30a.m. I was not a previous customer…He promptly answered the phone. I had heard a huge bang against the house during a snow storm with 100km/hr gusts…Windchill was -26. A tree came down and ripped the power mast off the house…Jeff guaranteed me he would come in the morning when it was safe as the wind was still very high…What can I say…? Jeff and his team spent the day and well into the evening rebuilding my power mast in the frigid cold during an emergency situation…He was polite and professional 100% of the time and did not leave until the job was done late into the evening…I would highly recommend Jeff as he certainly saved us during an emergency…His rates were very reasonable as he certainly could have taken advantage of the situation but didn’t which to me is the sign of a good person…Thanks Jeff, appreciate your professionalism and work ethic during this emergency situation…100% HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
